SlopeExperts is not based in a large office, but on practical experience. Florian Profanter has over 25 years of experience in slope grooming, snow technology and training snow groomer drivers. As an instructor, consultant and active practitioner, he knows the challenges in ski resorts down to the last detail - and tackles them where it counts: out in the field.
We have been supporting ski resorts around the world as a hands-on training and consulting partner for over 15 years.
Since 2013, we have been helping ski resorts to improve the quality of their slopes while sustainably reducing their operating costs. Back then, founder Florian Profanter launched "S&E - Snow & Efficiency" with the aim of imparting sound practical knowledge about slope preparation.
Following successful integration into a leading snow groomer manufacturer and the establishment of a professional training department, S&E was re-established in 2025 under the new name S&E - SlopeExperts
